Are the steps included with The Barrel?
Yes. A set of custom-fit steps is included with every Barrel purchase. They are engineered for safe, stable entry and exit at full barrel height. The barrel collection (excluding the black cyber barrel) also counts with an inner step that also works as a seat.
What's the difference between the Star Treatment 2.0 and the Cyber Barrel?
All barrel models are fully insulated with a 316 marine-grade stainless-steel interior and include exterior access steps. Star Treatment 2.0 features an engineered wood exterior in Brown or Grey. The Cyber Barrel Silver and both Star Treatment 2.0 finishes include an integrated interior seat/step. The Cyber Barrel Black does not include an interior seat/step.
How much floor space does the Barrel need?

Does it require special electrical or plumbing?
The commercial system requires a dedicated 120V, 15A outlet. No permanent plumbing is required for standard installation. Fill using a garden hose and drain through the built-in drain valve. Custom direct-drain configurations require site-specific planning and installation by a qualified plumber.
How do we keep it clean with multiple users per day?
The system combines ozone sanitation with commercial filtration. Maintain an active sanitizer and follow the commercial user guide, your sanitation-system instructions, and applicable local health codes. Adjust cleaning, filter maintenance, and water changes to usage and water quality. Ozone and filtration do not replace the required sanitation routine.
Can we brand the unit with our logo?
Yes. Custom branding, logos, and exterior color options are available on request. We also offer an optional waterproof enclosure to house the chiller discreetly in your space.
What does the warranty cover for commercial use?
Every commercial cold plunge system includes a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Add 3 or 5 years after the included 2-year limited warranty, for 5 or 7 years total. Purchase at checkout or contact info@polarmonkeys.com within 30 days of your system purchase. Shipping is free for covered warranty claims within the continental U.S.
