At Polar Monkeys, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During the warranty period, Polar Monkeys will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any part of the defective product or the defective product itself when returned by the original purchaser.

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, covering shipping, processing, testing, and revalidating the returned items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend keeping the chiller box for one year to ensure optimal protection if a return becomes necessary. Accessories and supplies are not eligible for returns, and modifications to any products will void the return eligibility and all warranties.
Shipping Costs
Polar Monkeys covers the shipping costs for returns within the continental USA.
Commercial Use
Warranty coverage applies only to products designated for commercial use when used in commercial settings. Using residential products in commercial environments will void the warranty.
Chiller Care
To ensure warranty coverage, customers must properly care for the product by following the procedures specified in the product user guide. Opening the chiller casing or attempting to access internal components will void the warranty.
Repair Service
In the event of a repair, the customer is responsible for properly packaging the product and protecting it during transit. Polar Monkeys will cover the shipping costs within the continental USA.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from abuse, accidents, misuse, improper installation, or electrical issues.
- Products used in ways not intended, including failure to follow the instructions in the user manual.
- Natural variations in wood color or grain, as well as imperfections inherent to wood products.
- Deterioration of surfaces due to weather exposure, denting, scratching, or improper care.
- Damage caused by improper water chemistry, neglected filter care, freezing conditions, power outages, or lack of attention to water flow.
- Third-party accessories, non-genuine parts, or any modifications made to the product.
- Replacement of consumable items such as water filters, which are the customer's responsibility. Filters must be purchased directly from Polar Monkeys; using filters from other companies will void the warranty.
Polar Monkeys is not responsible for any damage to personal property.

Warranty Policy for Customers Outside the Continental US
For customers located outside the continental United States, including international customers, warranty service is available; however, the product must be shipped to one of our service facilities in the US. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
