Polar Monkeys Limited Warranty

At Polar Monkeys, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for two year from the original purchase date. During the warranty period, Polar Monkeys will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any part of the defective product or the defective product itself when returned by the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty

All Polar Monkeys cold immersion systems include a two (2) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to both residential and commercial units when used as intended and in accordance with the Product’s user guide.

 

This warranty is valid only with verifiable Proof of Purchase from Polar Monkeys or an authorized Polar Monkeys dealer.

 

No shipping or handling fees apply for standard warranty claims within the continental United States.

 

If a Product is replaced under warranty, the replacement unit is covered only for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. A new warranty is not created by the replacement.

 

Please note that orders placed before March 3, 2026 include a complimentary one-year warranty.

Replacement Unit Process

In the event that a tub or chiller is deemed eligible for replacement under this warranty, the defective unit must be returned to and received at our designated warehouse facility prior to the shipment of any replacement unit. Should the original unit not be received in advance, Polar Monkeys reserves the right to require a deposit equal to the full retail value of the replacement unit, which shall be refunded upon receipt and verification of the returned unit.

 

Extended Warranty (Optional)

Customers may purchase an extended three (3) year or five (5) year warranty at the time of original purchase only. Extended coverage includes the same protections as the standard warranty for the extended duration.

  • Coverage mirrors the standard warranty but for a longer duration.

  • The maximum total liability under any extended warranty is capped at the Product’s original purchase price.

  • If a Product is replaced under an extended warranty, the replacement unit is covered only for the remainder of the original extended Warranty Period.

  • For extended warranty claims, a flat-rate shipping and handling fee applies: $299 for residential claims and $399 for commercial claims.

Non-Transferable Warranty

This warranty is valid only for the Original Purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, user, or third party. Any transfer, resale, or change of ownership automatically voids all warranty coverage.

 

Warranty Void Condition

This warranty is void and Polar Monkeys has no obligation to repair or replace the Product if any of the following conditions are found to exist:

 

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation.
  • Failure to maintain proper water chemistry or regular filter care as specified in the user guide.
  • Use of the Product in freezing conditions or failure due to power outages.
  • Opening, tampering with, or modifying internal components or the chiller casing.
  • Use of non-genuine parts, unauthorized modifications, or third-party accessories.
  • Enclosing the chiller in a box, cabinet, or any enclosed structure that restricts ventilation.
  • Use of a residential Product in a commercial setting.
  • Any modification or alteration to the Product, including cosmetic modifications.
  • Natural wood variations and cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.
  • Damage to personal property caused by or related to the Product.
  • Water filter replacements (filters must be purchased directly from Polar Monkeys).
  • Failure to report a known defect within thirty (30) days of discovery 

 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLAR MONKEYS’ TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL POLAR MONKEYS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF USE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY (EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW), OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF POLAR MONKEYS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled after being placed are subject to a five percent (5%) cancellation fee to cover processing costs incurred at the time of purchase. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

 

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return for a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee applies, covering return shipping within the continental U.S., processing, inspection, testing, and revalidation. This restocking fee is disclosed at the point of sale, at checkout, and in these terms.

 

To be eligible for return, the Product must be unused, unfilled, never plugged in, and never operated in any capacity. Products that have been filled with water, powered on, or operated are considered used and are not eligible for return. Polar Monkeys shall be the sole arbiter of whether a Product meets return condition standards, and that determination is final.

 

All accessories, supplies, and consumables are non-returnable.

Any modification to the Product will void both return eligibility and all warranty coverage.

We recommend retaining your original chiller box for at least one year to ensure proper protection if a return or warranty service is needed.

 

In the event of a return, shipping costs for international orders or orders outside the continental United States are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Chiller Care

To maintain warranty coverage, the customer must:

  • Follow all instructions in the product’s user guide

  • Maintain proper water chemistry and perform regular filter replacements as specified.

  • Never open, tamper with, or modify internal components or the chiller casing.

  • Never enclose the chiller in a box, cabinet, or any structure that restricts ventilation.


  • Failure to comply with these maintenance requirements will void the warranty.

 

Water Sanitation and Maintenance

Customers are responsible for keeping the water clean and chemically balanced at all times. Follow all filter replacement and sanitation guidelines in the user guide. Failure to maintain proper water chemistry will void the warranty.

 

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email info@polarmonkeys.com with:

  • Order number

  • Purchaser’s name

  • Proof of Purchase and date of purchase

  • Detailed description of the issue (photos and videos are required)

All claims must be made within the applicable Warranty Period and within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect. Failure to report a defect within thirty (30) days of discovery may result in denial of the claim.

Polar Monkeys will determine, at its sole discretion, whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

 

Repair Service

If repair is required:

  • Customers must safely package the unit for transit using appropriate materials.

  • For standard warranty claims, Polar Monkeys will cover return shipping within the continental United States.

  • For extended warranty claims, the applicable flat-rate shipping and handling fee applies.

  • Before any repair or return shipping is authorized, our customer service team may require a video call, photographs, or other documentation of the damage. No repair claim will be processed until this verification step is completed to our satisfaction.

 

Warranty Policy for Customers Outside the Continental U.S.

Warranty service is available to international customers and those outside the continental United States. However:

  • The product must be shipped to one of our service facilities in the United States.

  • Customers are responsible for all packaging and transportation costs.
     Our team can assist with guidance to ensure a smooth process.

 

 

Installation and Safety

  • Install in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal building codes.

  • Use a GFCI-protected electrical circuit as required by code.

  • Do not install electrical components in wet or submerged areas.

  • Follow all safety precautions outlined in the user guide.

 

 

Cold Exposure Notice and Assumption of Risk

Use of this Product involves voluntary exposure to extreme cold temperatures, which carries inherent and significant health risks including but not limited to hypothermia, cardiac events, respiratory distress, cold shock response, and loss of consciousness.

This Product is not intended for use by children, individuals with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, seizure disorders, pregnancy, Raynaud’s disease, or other medical conditions that may be aggravated by cold exposure. Individuals with any health concerns must consult a licensed physician before use.

Avoid use under the influence of alcohol, medications, or any substance that impairs judgment, sensation, or motor function.

Use extreme caution when entering or exiting the cold immersion system.

BY USING THIS PRODUCT, THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH COLD EXPOSURE AND RELEASES POLAR MONKEYS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR ADVERSE HEALTH EVENT RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

 

 

Indemnification

The Original Purchaser and any user of the Product agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polar Monkeys, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: misuse of the Product, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow the user guide, or any third-party claim related to the purchaser’s or any user’s use of the Product.

 

Governing Law

This warranty and all disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this warranty, the Product, or the relationship between you and Polar Monkeys shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.


Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES’ INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

 

Small Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court’s jurisdictional limits.

 

Force Majeure

Polar Monkeys shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this warranty due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, government actions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, shipping delays, raw material shortages, or utility failures.

 

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire warranty agreement between Polar Monkeys and the Original Purchaser with respect to the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

 

Policy Updates

Polar Monkeys reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. Changes will apply only to Products purchased after the effective date of the updated policy. The warranty terms in effect at the time of your original purchase will govern your coverage. Please check our website periodically for the latest terms.

 

Binding Agreement 

By purchasing, installing, or using this Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms outlined in this warranty and product notice. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Product and contact Polar Monkeys to arrange a return within the applicable return period.

Use of the Product constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of all provisions in this document, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver.
