Free Continental U.S. Shipping:
Free shipping is offered on orders within the continental U.S. states for Cold Plunges only.

Shipping Fees for Specific U.S. Territories & Canada:
For shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and other U.S. territories, a shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.

International Shipping:
International Shipping is available and shipping fees vary by country. For international customers outside of the U.S. or Canada, please contact us at info@polarmonkeys.com for a shipping quote.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

Order Processing:
Please refer to the product page for the order processing timeline.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
Polar Monkeys primarily ships through FedEx or R&L via the LTL freight division for all orders in the U.S. and Canada.
Add-on accessories are shipped with the main order, unless purchased separately. If purchased separately, they will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Delivery Locations:
Residential Homes: Packages will be delivered at the property entrance.
Apartments: Packages will be delivered to the shipping room or to the unit entrance.
Commercial Addresses: Packages will be delivered to the property entrance.

Before Your Delivery:
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please prepare the space where you want your product to be installed.

Delivery Availability:

If a delivery attempt cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable or failing to respond to the carrier’s calls, messages, or scheduling requests, the order may be placed in temporary storage by the carrier. Any storage fees, re-delivery fees, and additional shipping costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.

While we strive for timely deliveries, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control. Your understanding is appreciated in such situations.
