The Cyber Plunge is built with 316 marine-grade stainless steel, the same grade used in marine and medical equipment. Fully insulated, corrosion-resistant, and built to handle daily commercial use indoors or out.
How much floor space does the Cyber Plunge need?
The tub is 67" × 30.5", which is roughly the size of a regular bathtub. Depending on the chosen layout, it will require a total footprint of about 67" × 69.5". A narrower layout option is also available at 105" × 40" for tight spaces. We provide detailed layout diagrams and can help you plan placement.
Does it require special electrical or plumbing?
No. The system is plug-and-play on a standard 120V/60Hz outlet. No dedicated circuit, no plumbing, no contractor. Fill with a garden hose and plug it in.
How do we keep it clean with multiple users per day?
The system includes automatic ozone sanitation and 20-micron filtration that run continuously. For commercial use, we recommend a weekly 5-minute maintenance routine using the recommended sanitation kit and a full change of water every two weeks. No daily chemical treatments required.
How is the Cyber Plunge different from the Brainpod 2.0?
Both are full-body, lay-down cold plunges. The Cyber Plunge is 316 stainless steel with 140 gallons of capacity. The Brainpod 2.0 is insulated acrylic with 80 gallons. Choose the Cyber Plunge if you want maximum durability and capacity. Choose the Brainpod 2.0 if you want more finish options in a lighter footprint.
What does the warranty cover for commercial use?
Every system comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, with free shipping on warranty claims within the continental U.S. Extended 3-year and 5-year warranties are available at checkout. US-based support with a clear repair and replacement process.
What's the expected ROI for a commercial facility?
It depends on your pricing and session volume, but most facilities charging $20–30 per session with 6–10 sessions per day see full payback within 2–3 months. Use our ROI calculator above to model your specific numbers, or contact us for more information!
