Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
Orders cancelled after being placed are subject to a five percent (5%) cancellation fee to cover processing costs incurred at the time of purchase. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return for a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee applies, covering return shipping within the continental U.S., processing, inspection, testing, and revalidation. This restocking fee is disclosed at the point of sale, at checkout, and in these terms.
To be eligible for return, the Product must be unused, unfilled, never plugged in, and never operated in any capacity. Products that have been filled with water, powered on, or operated are considered used and are not eligible for return. Polar Monkeys shall be the sole arbiter of whether a Product meets return condition standards, and that determination is final.
All accessories, supplies, and consumables are non-returnable.
Any modification to the Product will void both return eligibility and all warranty coverage.
We recommend retaining your original chiller box for at least one year to ensure proper protection if a return or warranty service is needed.
In the event of a return, shipping costs for international orders or orders outside the continental United States are the sole responsibility of the customer.
