Truemed is for patients for whom the selected product has been proven to prevent or reverse a condition. An asynchronous health survey will determine eligibility and take qualified patients to payment.

Are working to mitigate, treat, or reverse a health condition such as depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, insomnia, obesity, infertility, diabetes, or heart disease.
You can pay with your personal credit card, and we'll give you detailed instructions on how to claim reimbursements (which will involve submitting the receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity to your HSA/FSA provider).
After submitting your card info, you'll be directed to a short medical survey about conditions you are working to prevent, mitigate, or reverse. Your card will be charged at the end of the survey.
If you are eligible for HSA/FSA spending, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) several days after payment. To ensure compliance, keep that LMN and your receipts for the next three years (both should be in your email).
