We offer a 30-day return window on undamaged systems. A 25% restocking fee applies. To begin the process, contact us by email and we will issue a prepaid return label.
Are any purchases final sale?
Supplies and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

In-stock systems ship the next business day. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Delivery timelines vary by location.

Our systems are manufactured both domestically and internationally. Every product meets the exacting quality standards required to perform at the level our customers expect.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on cold immersion systems is complimentary within the continental United States. Shipping rates outside the continental U.S., and on supplies and accessories, vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
