How many people does Baia Glass accommodate?
Baia Glass is built for two. The interior measures 58" x 58" x 78", sized for a daily solo practice or a session shared with one other person.
What is covered under warranty, and who handles a claim?
The Auroom cabin carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and material defects. The Harvia Spirit heater carries its own 2-year warranty, extendable to 3 years for residential use with registration at harvia.com within 30 days of purchase. Both warranties are handled directly with Auroom and Harvia, not with Polar Monkeys; reach out to us if you need help starting a claim.
Is the heater included?
Yes. Baia Glass ships with a 6kW Harvia Spirit heater, sized to the cabin's 152 cubic feet of interior volume. It includes the stone bed and a WiFi-enabled touchscreen controller.
Where can Baia Glass be installed?
Baia Glass is built for indoor installation in a moisture-tolerant space: a bathroom, a basement, or a dedicated wellness room. It is not rated for outdoor placement.
What electrical work does installation require?
The included 6kW heater requires a dedicated 240V single-phase circuit at 25 amps, installed by a licensed electrician. Plan the circuit run before the cabin arrives so the room is ready for hookup.
How is Baia Glass delivered and assembled?
Baia Glass ships as a compact kit, roughly 1,150 lbs, crated in wood for protection. The freight company schedules delivery by appointment, and the driver lowers the crate to ground level at curbside. This excludes any path or doorway narrower than 90 inches. Their team contacts you before the ship date to confirm site access and flag anything that could add cost or complexity. Assembly can take up to two days with two people on-site, and a licensed electrician must complete the final heater connection.
What comes included with the cabin?
Every Baia Glass ships with its building hardware and an LED lighting kit. It also includes a premium accessory pack (bucket, ladle, aroma set, sauna hat) and full construction and warranty documentation.
Is Baia Glass built by Polar Monkeys?
No. The cabin is built by Auroom, a European sauna manufacturer, and paired with the Harvia Spirit heater from Harvia, a Finnish heater manufacturer. Polar Monkeys selects this pairing and ships it directly from the manufacturer to your door.
