Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Mira S and Mira L?
Mira S seats two and includes a 6 kW Harvia Spirit heater. Mira L seats up to five and includes an 8 kW heater. Both feature the same materials, finish, Wi-Fi control, and included accessories.
What is the cabin built from?
The exterior is thermally modified spruce. The interior is thermally modified aspen, chosen for its low resin content and comfortable touch at high heat. The front is 8mm clear tempered glass, set into walls insulated to 6.1 inches.
Is the heater sold separately?
Includes a Harvia Spirit heater (6 kW for Mira S; 8 kW for Mira L), heater stones, and a Wi-Fi touchscreen controller. Accessories include a bucket and ladle, thermometer, hygrometer, sand timer, aroma set, sauna hat, and sauna pillow.
What electrical work does installation require?
Requires a dedicated 240V, single-phase electrical supply. A qualified electrician must size the circuit, breaker, and wiring for the included Harvia Spirit heater according to its installation manual and local requirements.
How does Mira arrive, and is assembly included?
Mira ships unassembled by freight on protective pallets or crates. Shipping is a flat rate of $1,500 within the continental U.S. or $1,800 to Canada. Shipping and delivery are handled by our fulfillment partner, who coordinates delivery details and site-access requirements with you. On-site assembly is required. Prepare a level, stable surface capable of supporting the sauna and its occupants. A qualified electrician must complete the electrical connection according to Harvia’s installation instructions and applicable local requirements.
Can I control the sauna from my phone?
Yes. The Harvia Spirit heater pairs with a WiFi-enabled touchscreen controller. Temperature can be set and monitored remotely, so the sauna is ready when you arrive.
Is Mira built by Polar Monkeys?
Mira is crafted by Auroom in Estonia and paired with a Harvia Spirit heater. Polar Monkeys is an authorized reseller. Shipping and delivery are handled by our fulfillment partner.
What is covered under warranty, and who handles a claim?
Mira’s sauna cabin is covered by Auroom’s limited warranty. The Harvia heater and controls are covered separately under Harvia’s limited warranty. Coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements follow each manufacturer’s terms. View the Auroom limited warranty and Harvia limited warranty in the warranty section.
