No need for plumbing, just plug it into a standard 120V outlet. For added convenience, we suggest having two individuals since the equipment can be heavy. In addition, your order includes a comprehensive installation guide and an instructional video to assist you through the process. You have the flexibility to install your Brainpod 2.0 cold plunge either indoors or outdoors.

To fill the cold plunge, just use a hose to add water. To drain the cold plunge, use the built-indrain or you also have the choice to attach a hose for added convenience.
