Free Shipping

Your Polar Monkeys system ships by the next business day and includes complimentary white-glove delivery within the continental U.S. Our delivery partner will coordinate your delivery in advance, place your system in your room of choice, unbox it, and remove all packaging materials. Installation is not included. International shipping is available upon request.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies, and Polar Monkeys covers return shipping within the continental U.S.
