Installing your cold plunge is simple and quick, with no need for specialized tools or skills.

You can complete the installation in less than 20 minutes. No need for plumbing, just plug it into a standard 120V outlet.

For added convenience, we suggest having two individuals since the equipment can be heavy.

In addition, your order includes a comprehensive installation guide and an instructional video to assist you through the process. 

To fill the cold plunge, just use a hose to add water.

To drain the cold plunge, use the built-in drain or you also have the choice to attach a hose for added convenience.

Care

Keeping your cold plunge clean and in peak conditionis vital to fully enjoy the benefits of cold therapy.

We suggest treatment with our sanitation kit and filter replacement, depending on usage.

    Fantastic Product and Customer Service

    I did a lot of research prior to purchasing a cold plunge. The PolarMonkeys Portal X has been everything that I was looking for related to size, setup and ease of function.

    Size: I am 6'2" and do not have any problem getting my complete body submerged in the pool.

    Setup: My first Portal X arrived in a timely manner, but upon unwrapping it I discovered it had been damaged in transit (looked like something square had slammed into the end). I contacted Customer Service and provided some photos - they immediately sent out another tub to replace the damaged Portal X. Once the replacement arrived, there were some video and instruction variations so I contacted the customer service line. They immediately returned my call and confirmed the correct assembly. I cannot express enough thanks to the Customer Service team for the rapid replacement and assembly assistance.

    Ease of Function: I have used my plunge tub for approximately two weeks. I setup the app to start and turn off the chiller as needed. One thing to note is that the app runs on a 2.4G network and not a 5G network. I was able to switch between my networks to setup future times to start the chiller. I am in Florida and the ambient temperatures are in the mid 70's with the placement of my Portal X. I have been taking the temperature down to 63 degrees - normally this process takes approximately 45 minutes to reach my desired plunging temperature.     I have tried other lesser cold tubs and they always end up being a hassle. Not with Polar Monkeys! It was an easy purchase, delivery and assembly. Highly recommend. Use it daily.
