You can complete the installation in less than 15 minutes. No need for plumbing, just plug it into a standard 120V outlet.

For added convenience, we suggest having two individuals since the equipment can be heavy.

In addition, your order includes a comprehensive installation guide and an instructional video to assist you through the process. 

To fill the cold plunge, just use a hose to add water.

To drain the cold plunge, use the built-in drain or you also have the choice to attach a hose for added convenience.

Care

Keeping your cold plunge clean and in peak condition is vital to fully enjoy the benefits of cold therapy.

We suggest treatment with our sanitation kit and filter replacement, depending on usage.

Your order will also include a comprehensive water maintenance protocol for your convenience.

Every chiller comes with a 1-year warranty, with the option to extend by an additional 3 or 5 years.

Can the Polar Monkeys Pro Chiller be used with other brands' tubs?

For optimal performance, we recommend using the Polar Monkeys Pro Chiller with Polar Monkeys tubs. Please note that connecting it to other brands' equipment will void the warranty.
