Installing your cold plunge is simple and quick, with no need for specialized tools or skills.

You can complete the installation in less than 20 minutes. No need for plumbing, just plug it into a standard 120V outlet.

For added convenience, we suggest having two individuals since the equipment can be heavy.

In addition, your order includes a comprehensive installation guide and an instructional video to assist you through the process.

To fill the cold plunge, just use a hose to add water.

To drain the cold plunge, use the built-in drain or you also have the choice to attach a hose for added convenience.

satisfied, but with one request
I am quite happy with my PolarMonkeys. I just wish the hoses were 20 feet long, because in the place where I put it next to the sauna, the hoses are tight. Would that be possible?

SOLID Choice....Star treatment 2.0
Been plunging for a week now and the tank has exceeded what I thought it would be. Weather has been over 100 degrees but the tank that's located in a shaded covered area has had no problems getting to temp quickly and maintaining it. I am glad I chose the Star Treatments more upright tank design. I feel a lot better being in a more upright position than I would if I were lying flat in the very cold temps.

Best Way to Start Each Morning
Was a bit of a wait to get my plunge, but I have to say, it's better than my morning cup of coffee each morning. This unit is everything I hoped for, so far. Great finishes, easy set up. Love the metal steps.
