Installing your cold plunge is simple and quick, with no need for specialized tools or skills.

You can complete the installation in less than 15 minutes. No need for plumbing, just plug it into a standard 120V outlet.

For added convenience, we suggest having two individuals since the equipment can be heavy.

In addition, your order includes a comprehensive installation guide and an instructional video to assist you through the process. 

To fill the cold plunge, just use a hose to add water.

To drain the cold plunge, use the built-in drain or you also have the choice to attach a hose for added convenience.

Care

Keeping your cold plunge clean and in peak condition is vital to fully enjoy the benefits of cold therapy.

We suggest treatment with our sanitation kit and filter replacement, depending on usage.

Your order will also include a comprehensive water maintenance protocol for your convenience.

    This thing is incredible.

    I cold plunge everyday between 40 and 50 and then about 3 times a week I take it up to 106. Everything feels well built and the materials are quality. The tub is also big enough for two if you want company in your hot tub. Not disappointed with this purchase!

    Very Excited

    Our new Plunge is great! I just completed 21 straight days with many more to go. It was easy to move, assemble, add water, cool and plunge. I have a water faucet nearby and it is next to the floor drain in my basement. All five members of my family have used it.

    Incredible Cold Plunge

    I had a first generation tub which had some issues and I was lucky enough to upgrade to the new brain pod. The team happened to be in LA for an event and personally delivered and installed this tub for me in my home in OC. I love how long this tub is since my husband and I are both tall. The customer service takes this product to the next level. I highly recommend!

    Polar Monkeys: Exceptional Products, Unparalleled Humanity

    Polar Monkeys has not only provided us with an outstanding product but has also shown extraordinary kindness and support during a challenging time. After receiving their cold plunge as a special gift in December 2023, it quickly became a cherished part of our lives. When Hurricane Helene caused severe flooding in our home in September 2024, our chiller was badly damaged. Without hesitation, Polar Monkeys sent a prepaid shipping label and promised to do their best to repair it.

    Not only did they fix the chiller at no cost, but Elizabeth, one of the owners, arranged for Joe, their tech support manager, to personally deliver and install it. Joe's empathy and willingness to help us, especially after witnessing the devastation at our home, touched us deeply.
