Polar Monkeys Limited Warranty

At Polar Monkeys, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During the warranty period, Polar Monkeys will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any part of the defective product or the defective product itself when returned by the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

 

 

Standard Warranty

All Polar Monkeys cold plunges include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to both residential and commercial units when used as intended.

  • No shipping or handling fees apply for standard warranty claims within the continental U.S.

  • If a product is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period still applies

 

Extended Warranty (Optional)

Customers may purchase an extended 3-year or 5-year warranty at the time of purchase. Extended coverage includes the same protections as the standard warranty.

  • Coverage mirrors the standard warranty but for a longer duration.

  • The maximum coverage under any extended warranty is capped at the product’s original purchase price.

  • If a product is replaced under warranty, the original extended warranty period still applies 

  • For extended warranty claims, a flat-rate shipping & handling fee applies:
     $299 for residential claims and $399 for commercial claims.

 

Non-Transferable Warranty

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner or third party.

 

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return for a refund within 30 calendar days from delivery.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies, covering shipping, processing, testing, and revalidation.

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Accessories and supplies are non-returnable.

  • Any modification to the product will void both return eligibility and all warranties.

  • We recommend retaining your original chiller box for at least one year to ensure proper protection if a return is needed.

Polar Monkeys covers return shipping within the continental U.S.

 

 

Chiller Care

To maintain warranty coverage:

  • Follow all instructions in the product’s user guide.

  • Do not open or tamper with internal components or chiller casing, this voids the warranty.

  • Maintain proper water chemistry and regular filter care.

 

 

Warranty Policy for Customers Outside the Continental U.S.

Warranty service is available to international customers and those outside the continental United States. However:

  • The product must be shipped to one of our service facilities in the U.S.

  • Customers are responsible for all packaging and transportation costs.
     Our team can assist with guidance to ensure a smooth process.

 

 

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
 • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation
 • Improper water chemistry, freezing, or power failure
 • Natural wood variations and cosmetic issues
 • Non-genuine parts, modifications, or third-party accessories
 • Water filter replacements — must be purchased from Polar Monkeys
 • Use of residential products in commercial settings
 • Any damage to personal property

 

 

Repair Service

If repair is required:

  • Customers must safely package the unit for transit.

  • For standard warranty claims, Polar Monkeys will cover return shipping within the continental U.S.

  • For extended warranty claims, a flat-rate shipping & handling fee applies

 

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email us at info@polarmonkeys.com with:

  • Order number

  • Purchaser’s name

  • Proof and date of purchase

  • Description of the issue (photos and videos encouraged)

All claims must be made within the warranty period. Polar Monkeys will determine if repair or replacement is appropriate.

 

 

Water Sanitation & Maintenance

Customers are responsible for keeping the water clean and chemically balanced.

  • Follow all filter replacement and sanitation guidelines in the user guide.

  • Failure to maintain proper water chemistry will void your warranty.

 

Installation & Safety Warnings

  • Install in accordance with local building codes.

  • Use a GFCI-protected electrical circuit.

  • Do not install electrical components in wet areas.

  • Follow all safety precautions in the user guide.

 

Cold Exposure Notice

This product is not intended for children or people with health conditions.

  • Avoid use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Users with health concerns should consult their physician before cold exposure

  • Use extreme caution when entering or exiting the cold plunge.

 

 

Binding Agreement

By using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this warranty and product notice. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the product.
