      Installing your cold plunge is simple and quick, with no need for specialized tools or skills. You can complete the installation in about 15 minutes. No need for plumbing, just plug it into a standard 120V outlet. For added convenience, we suggest having two individuals since the equipment can be heavy. In addition, your order includes a comprehensive installation guide and an instructional video to assist you through the process.

      To fill the cold plunge, just use a hose to add water. To drain the cold plunge, use the built-in drain or you also have the choice to attach a hose for added convenience.

      Please note that the Star Treatment 2.0 cold plunge is partially insulated and may experience slight condensation.

    The ideal tub

    I've been using my Star-Treatment barrel for a few weeks now, and what I can definetly say is that I love it! It barely takes up any space at all because I use it on my back patio and the quality of the material is excelent. I reccomend it for everyone who is considering buying an ice bath.
