What's the main difference between the Brainpod 2.0 and your other models?
The primary difference is material. The Brainpod 2.0 is built from acrylic and is the most design-flexible system in the lineup, available in preset designs or fully customized with original artwork. The Cyber Plunge and Cyber Barrel are constructed from 316 marine-grade stainless steel. The Star Treatment 2.0 has an outer premium engineered wood. All systems share the same chiller technology: 32°F to 107°F, precision held to within 0.5 degrees.
Does the Brainpod 2.0 also function as a hot tub?
Absolutely. Our versatile chiller unit, included with every purchase, also heats the water up to a relaxing 107°F / 41°C, making the Brainpod 2.0 a dual-use system for both cold therapy and warm water relaxation.
Do I need special plumbing or a water line?
No. The Cyber Plunge is a fully self-contained system. Fill it with a standard garden hose and the built-in filtration and sanitation systems handle the rest. No plumbing connection is needed.
Can I install the Brainpod 2.0 indoors or outdoors?
You can do both. The Brainpod 2.0 is built with a durable, insulated tub and includes an insulated cover, making it suitable for either indoor or outdoor installation.
How often do I need to change the water and the filter?
Replace the 20-micron filter every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on usage and water quality. Rinse the pre-filter mesh on the chiller inlet regularly. If you are following a sanitation protocol with the recommended Sanitation Kit, change the water once a month. Without sanitizers, change the water at least every two weeks, or sooner if it becomes cloudy or develops an odor. Clean the interior of the tub once a month using mild soap, warm water, and a sponge. Do not use bleach.
How much does the Brainpod 2.0 weigh when filled?
The Standard size weighs approximately 819 lbs when filled with 85 gallons of water, while the Large size weighs about 867 lbs filled with 90 gallons. Please ensure your chosen location can safely support this weight.
