  1. Position Your Cold Plunge: Choose a level surface - this can be either indoors or outdoors. For indoor use, we recommend placing your cold plunge on a waterproof surface for added protection in case of condensation.

  2. Plug In: Plug your cold plunge into any standard 120V outlet.

  3. Fill With Water: Use a garden hose or tap to fill up your cold plunge with clean water.

  • Every 2-4 weeks: Switch out your water every 2-4 weeks, or use our Sanitation Kit to extend water cleanliness up to 3 months! We recommend using a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to wipe down the surface of your tub before refilling.

  • Every 3-4 weeks: Replace your filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks, depending on usage. This keeps water circulation strong and prevents buildup.

My chiller is blowing hot air - is that normal?

Yes - it’s a part of the cooling process! If heat seems excessive, let us know.

There’s a lock icon on the chiller screen - how do I unlock it?

Press both arrows next to the chiller screen for 3 seconds until it beeps. 

My water looks cloudy. What should I do?

Check you are cleaning and changing the filter as recommended. If the problem persists, try using a hose water filter when refilling your tub. This can help remove contaminants from the water source, which should improve the clarity of your water.
